The Land of Legends, located in Antalya, is one of Turkey’s most iconic entertainment and lifestyle destinations, seamlessly combining a theme park, luxury accommodation, and a high-end shopping mall. As part of this large-scale development, extensive steel construction works were completed across both its commercial and operational zones, supporting the architectural ambition and functional demands of the project.

Within the shopping mall section, the facade steel works were successfully executed to realize the complex and visually striking exterior design. The scope involved the fabrication and installation of a custom-engineered steel substructure, designed to accommodate the mall’s expansive glass facades, decorative elements, and intricate architectural forms. Additionally, the steel door cosmetics for the individual retail stores were fabricated and installed, providing a clean, elegant, and durable finish that enhances both the identity and uniformity of the commercial frontage.

Precision detailing and structural alignment were critical to ensuring both visual impact and long-term performance. Given the project’s scale and prominence, the facade system—including the retail steel finishes—was designed not only for structural reliability but also to enhance the mall’s iconic identity. All materials and joints were selected to meet high standards of durability, safety, and architectural coherence. The completed steel system now provides the essential support for the exterior envelope, enabling a distinctive and immersive retail experience.

In parallel, structural works extended to other key areas of the complex. The steel structures of the hotel staff building, café-bar, and workshop were fully fabricated and installed, providing the operational backbone of the resort. These buildings were constructed with durable steel frameworks, designed to meet both practical and environmental requirements. In addition, steel roof support systems and cladding applications were carried out, ensuring thermal performance, weather resistance, and architectural continuity throughout the facility.

Together, these works reflect a comprehensive approach to steel construction across a mixed-use mega development. The project demonstrates how advanced fabrication and precise execution play a central role in realizing both the grandeur and the day-to-day functionality of The Land of Legends.
