Oguzhan Presidential Mansion Turkmenistan
Fabrication and Installation of 66-meter Span Steel Structure and Steel Dome
As part of the construction of the Presidential Mansion in Turkmenistan, a significant milestone was achieved with the fabrication and installation of a 66-meter span steel structure and an accompanying architectural steel dome—both designed to reflect the grandeur and symbolic stature of the building.
The 66-meter span steel structure was engineered to form the core of the main hall, providing an expansive, column-free interior space that exemplifies both technical mastery and architectural elegance. This large-span system was fabricated using high-strength structural steel, with precision detailing and load distribution systems to ensure safety, durability, and long-term performance under both static and dynamic conditions.
Crowning the structure is a custom-fabricated steel dome, designed as a visual centerpiece and engineered to withstand wind, seismic, and climatic forces specific to the region. The dome was assembled and installed with the highest level of precision, serving both symbolic and structural purposes within the overall composition of the Presidential Mansion.
This project represents an outstanding example of how complex steel engineering and architectural vision can be combined to deliver a landmark governmental structure with both functional excellence and iconic presence.
