Situated in a mountainous region and developed by Şahinler Holding, this exclusive mountain hotel required robust and weather-resilient construction solutions to meet the demands of high-altitude conditions. As part of the project, a comprehensive package of steel construction works was successfully completed, including balcony railing fabrication and installation, steel roof support systems, and roof cladding applications.

The balcony railings were custom-fabricated to combine safety, structural integrity, and aesthetic compatibility with the architectural character of the hotel. Special attention was given to material selection and coating processes to ensure long-term performance under varying weather conditions such as snow, ice, and wind.

The steel roof support system was engineered to provide the necessary load-bearing capacity for snow accumulation and wind loads common to mountainous terrain. The design allowed for seamless integration with both the building’s structural frame and architectural features, ensuring stability and longevity.

Following the structural phase, roof cladding works were carried out using high-performance materials chosen for their durability, thermal insulation properties, and ability to harmonize with the natural surroundings. The result is a visually coherent and technically resilient roofing system, essential to the building’s overall energy performance and weather resistance.
