Located along the scenic coastline of Antalya, CAP D’Perge Hotels is a boutique luxury destination known for its refined aesthetic and close relationship with the sea. As part of the development and expansion efforts, a wide range of steel and architectural works were successfully completed, contributing to both the structural integrity and the distinctive beachfront character of the hotel.

The project included the fabrication and installation of steel structures, along with facade systems and interior design elements that align with the hotel’s elegant and minimal design language. The facade installation was carried out using durable materials chosen for their visual harmony with the natural surroundings and resistance to coastal conditions. Simultaneously, interior design works were completed to enhance guest comfort and spatial experience, using high-quality finishes and custom-built components that reflect the hotel’s boutique identity.

Comprehensive steel reinforcement works were also implemented across existing structural elements, aimed at increasing load-bearing capacity and ensuring long-term durability in accordance with modern safety standards. These reinforcements were essential in enhancing the building’s performance, particularly in a coastal environment exposed to salt air and shifting weather conditions.

One of the signature features of the project was the construction of a steel sea pier, extending the hotel’s leisure facilities over the Mediterranean. Fabricated with corrosion-resistant materials and engineered for marine conditions, the pier serves as both a functional space for relaxation and a symbolic extension of the hotel’s architectural presence.

Additionally, new flooring systems and supplementary steel structures were installed to expand guest areas, improve circulation, and support architectural modifications. All elements were executed with careful attention to aesthetic consistency and seamless integration with the existing design.
